Available in Santoprene, Viton, BUNA and EPDM, Shurflo® 166 Air Operated Demand Pumps employ a dual diaphragm design, with a patented fast action switching mechanism allowing for consistent flow and pressure. They are built for the toughest pumping applications and are available in a variety of elastomers that allow them to be compatible with mild caustic or acidic fluids. The Model 166 is ideal for chemical transfer, injection and spraying. -

Overview of 477 series. The Shurflo® 477 AODD pump is designed for the most demanding industrial applications. With a dual diaphragm design and pneumatic spool valve, it provides long life and consistent flow. The 477 series contains specialized elastomers, allowing compatibility with the most caustic or acidic fluids.

SHURflo self-priming, positive displacement, external rotary gear pumps are ideal for a wide range of light-duty industrial, marine, agricultural, and commercial applications, providing a nearly pulseless flow and are designed specifically for reduced speed operations. Some models include an internal pressure relief valve. Limited self-priming capability on packing seal types. Pillow block shaft assembly is required when pulley driven. Motors are not included.
